Tinkabell-12's dam's sire Ekstein is a world-renowned sire of Olympic Show Jumpers. He is the sire of Olympic competitor Joel who was also the winner of the Spruce Meadows CSI**** $1,000,000 Grand Prix, and he is found in the dam line of Hickstead who was an Olympic Gold medallist at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

The sire of this embryo Kannan was a 1.60m Grand Prix Show Jumper himself, is the sire of multiple licensed show jumping stallion son & is the sire of the London Olympics Show Jumping Individual Gold Medallist Nino Des Buissonets ridden by Steve Guerdat.

Kannan is the sire of a phenomenal 409 offspring show jumping in 1.50m - 1.70m classes. That's not a typo it really is FOUR HUNDRED AND NINE !!!,

Interestingly Laura Collett's CCI4* ride "Bling" who is being carefully produced with CCI5* as a goal is also by Kannan; this surely represents a step change in thinking of Kannan as a sire in a different discipline.

This embryo is in a recipient mare based in Belgium. The winning bidder is to pay 3,000 for the recipient mare and that is retuned back to winning bidder when the mare is returned back to the breeder after the foal is weaned.
